Going hiking on the Olympic Penn. shortly and will need some sort of tarp to keep the normal Pacific Northwest drippy weather off of me while I cook and laugh at the Boy Scouts try to cook (us leaders can be really mean). Is the Siltarp2 the way to go? If the Siltarp2 is correct, why not go with the Siltarp3 and have a larger area to hang out in? I will have a tent so I'm not using this for primary rain protection but just trying to make the trip more enjoyable. Thanks for your input.
