black stuff in camelbak tube

i recently got my camelbak out of the closet for the first use this year. i found black stuff covering the inside the tube, and nossel in some parts. i tried to get it out by running bleach through the tube. that helped, but there still was some left in it.
is it safe to still use my camelbak? can anyone reccomend a way to get it out?
