wouldn't it be more cost effective over the long run to just buy a stove and some white gas. the paint thinner is going to destroy the stove in half the time that it would wear out with normal fuel. white gas is not that expensive and it is probably a much safer fuel to use in many ways. if you end up using paint thinner you will have to clean your stove much more often than you would with white gas. read this review about burning paint thinner in your stove http://www.trailspace.com/gear/primus/gravity-mf/review/8112/
