DEC Steel Cable

Is there a steel cable (for hanging food bags) at either the Uphill L/T or the Feldspar L/T in the New York State Adirondack High Peaks area?

I camped at Uphill lean-to last month and there was no cable (also no bears in sight). If you're peakbagging, it's a tough hike up Cliff, with no reward/view, but the hike up Uphill Brook to Redfield is worth the effort.
