Columbia Mt Bachelor First Up tent

I have been looking at buying this when it goes on sale at Canadian Tire this week.

Cand anyone used this tent? Whats it like . LEaks water etc...?

FLy doesnt go all the way to the floor so I am curious. It does have the Tub Design but unfortunatly It doesnt have the TARP bottom to it, its Nylon Bottom I think, SO I guess I would just have to buy a small tarp to lay down ont he ground first?
