Classic Stove Site
Bill (and everyone else interested in classic gear) I saw this link on Club Tread. It's a site dedicated to classic stoves of all types.

Re: Classic Stove Site
I am familiar with the site. The best site for classic stoves I have run across was a Japanese collector. I lost the URL, but he had a huge personal collection, and had used every single one of the stoves. Since I have a Primus 71L, I was interested that he had 3 or 4 from different years, with the metal box undergoing several changes. For example, mine has a zinc-plated shiny steel box, while a couple years later, the box was painted blue with red trim.

I love the Spiritburner web site. Many of the Brits get together in the spring near a town called Newark. I was able to attend the gathering last year and met many of the folks on the forum. I am hoping to attend another gathering again, but 2007 may be a stretch. A great bunch of guys to hang out with for a weekend.

This is in response to a post by Bill S. He mentioned the Japanese collector site, but had lost the url. I'm pretty sure he was talking about SuperShioShio's room Stove in English. I think the spiritburner site has a link, or you can Google it.
Enjoy!
