Ray Way Quilt

This kind of corrolates with the last thing I posted, and thank to you all who helped with your insight. I looked at the bags, and did some more searching and then remembered Mr. Jardine. There is a DIY quilt kit on his site , and it is inexpensive. Not down like I would like, however. Has anyone used one? Do they work well, keep you warm/dry? What is the weight? I am looking at the two person quilt. It has a great feature in which you may zip it in half so the two of you may share the load. A nice touch I thought. Also, if someone has or has used one, do they pack down to be very small?
