It looks like the North Face Tadpole tent. I don't have that specific models info but for the Tadpole 23 tent which you can buy now has these specs and it doesn't look to be too far off the current model.

thanks, though I feel like a retard after posting I found the model name on tag in the tent bag. Its a starlight nhp, I have googled it but cant find much about it. Im planing on using this to go to big bend this week end or Colorado bend SP depending on what time my friend gets out of work on friday.

just make sure you seam seal and waterproof
