Used one season (probably about 3-4 nights). No stains, no smells, no rips, no tears, no broken or bent poles. This is a tent guaranteed to be in great condition. It has been stored in a cool, dry, basement, inside of a box/rubbermade much larger than it's stuff sack, always has been dried out, etc. -- that means: no moisture was ever allowed to accomulate, there is no mold or mildew. It's only been used in Colorado, which is a pretty dry state (both backpacking and storing).

It will ship, FOR FREE, from Colorado.

Asking $400. The tent retails for $500. If you find a cheaper price (for new, including tax and shipping) online, send me a link and I will try to beat that total by at least $20.

My brother in law got a slick two person tent (also a Big Agnes), so we just aren't carrying this one anymore.

Here it is in action in the Sangre de Cristo's (middle/southern Colorado).

Feel free to write/comment -- I have no reservations in recommending this tent. Light and strong. If you're interested, post or send a message and I bet we can work something out.
