For Sale: Galibier Vercors Men's Size 9 Climbing Boots

Here is the story. I used to do a little backpacking and climbing with my highschool buddies in 1973-74. They talked me into buying these boots which I wore a handfull of times before I went off to college. I have not worn them since and they are in excellent condition. They have yet to be broken in.

These were among the best climbing boots available in the world at the time. I purchased them from the original Royal Robbins store in Modesto, CA. As I recall, I paid around $140.00 for them. They are extremely stiff and provide fantastic ankle support. I "googled" them and discovered they are nearly impossible to purchase here in the States. I am asking $200.00 for them but will consider any reasonable offer. I will gladly email digital pictures to any serious buyer. Hopefully these wonderful boots can find a good home in the great outdoors. They have waited patiently for nearly 35 years!
