Jim nope your right it never hurts to ask, I just thought I would mention it. Have you considered a Eureka Spitfire. I have one and I love it.

The Spitfire looks like a very nice tent. I was looking for a freestanding

tent.

I know what you mean I would have preferred a free standing tent as well but for the price and the weight I went with the spitfire.

The Spitfire is tempting, but I am going to hold out for a Backcountry 1.In a pinch, the Backcountry 2 would work, so I would take one of those if I could find one, but I really don't want the extra weight.

I have a Eureka Tetragon 5 almost the same as the Backcountry 2 if interested. The fly is just like the Backcountry fly. 6 inches different in the dimensions. 5 is 7x5 and the backcountry 2 is 7'6"x5. Looks to be used about 1-3 times. E-mail thillcenterslider@yahoo.com if interested.

Ive got a Eureka Stratus 2 XT. Same thing as the back country with full vestibules, used a handfull of time and is in excellent condition. Blue and white with yellow and blue rainfly and aluminum poles. Let me know if you are interested, I can send you picutes. Jared jaco212@hotmail.com

I have a Eureka Solo Spitfire that I'd be willing to part with for $50 plus postage. Used once in the front yard, but otherwise mint.
