Nice deal. I have several of these exact knives and I don't leave home to go anywhere without one. They are barely noticeable in your pocket and have all the essential tools. One of my old standbys that I had to break myself of on the trail was a needing large blade. Unless you are looking to do battle with wild animals, this little guy has everything you need to get by :)

The one thing that I would like to see with it is a set of tweezers.

Oh, you're right, this is the 'midnight' version which means they replaced the tweezers on the regular version that I have with an LED light. I like the tweezers, too, but some might like the spare light. The pen was useful when I was into geocaching as I always had one on me then to sign logbooks.
