Advanced Campus Board Training

After working on the campus rungs extensively, I noticed my routine wasn't challenging me anymore.  So I started working on making harder more difficult movements that required more power and strength.  I also had to mix up the routine and add some elements to it to make it harder.  

The routine starts after I have already warmed up for 1 hr bouldering.  If you have worked on campus rungs and need some changing up of your routine, just try to move out of your comfort zone a little each time (or with any training you do).  Any questions or training advice needed, feel free to ask!
