depends...

Usually we refer to the pieces of protection--in this case, ice screws, carabiners, pitons, ect...as the "rack" or "ice rack". Your tools, harness, and gear that you don't share, is known as your "personal gear"--basically the stuff you don't share on a climb. The rope is usually separate from all of this stuff. So when you go on a climb, usually someone brings the "rack", someone the "rope" and you are responsible for all your own stuff that is not shared.

If you want to lump all the stuff together, it would be known as "gear". Such as do you have your own "gear".
