Climbing Pack Needed
Anyone have a good suggestion as to what pack is best for cragging/climbing? Needs to be super durable and have a removable hipbelt.
Any help would be great. thanks!

Re: Climbing Pack Needed
Take a look at Black Diamond's packs - they are designed for climbers and skiers, can be stripped down, and are very durable.

(I have a 2006 Bullet made by BD - it's recently been redesigned - a small daypack, but it's great for wearing during multipitch climbs, it holds a surprising amount of stuff, and it's definitely built tough!)
Oh, and I hear good things about Cilogear's packs, too.

Lowe Alpine also has a number of climbing packs, tailored to various types of climbing (rock, ice, mountaineering, ...), as does Arc'teryx, and ..... many others

Assuming when you want a removable hipbelt its so you can haul the pack?
If so, then either Metolious, BD or Fish make packs like that. All pretty good, and I've climbed with products from all three makers.
They are all "super durable" too.
