The American Alpine Club had this video shot at Messner's AAC talk. If you have 22 minutes, it's worth watching to hear his thoughts on climbing and style.

(I also took a video of Messner's talk. Though it's not the full talk above I will add that version to our YouTube channel too.)

In case you're interested, here is the full 1964 Voyageaur Boots ad Vasque had up. I thought it was neat to see and read.
