Great idea, Alicia. This weekend after Thanksgiving the men of my family took our children out camping and hiking at a nearby state park. It was a bit cold (low 20s) at night, but everyone survived, enjoyed our time together during the camp out, and had fun.

It sure beat fighting traffic and long lines all day...

Great idea to take the kids with you! That sounds like a lot of fun for everyone and it makes a far better memory than standing in line buying stuff.
