Reading the artical and the CDCs page was interesting. I moved to the Oregon coast from Iowa 3 years ago. I have lost 50 Lbs. And havent used any cold meds in 3 years. Heck I havent even been sick. In Iowa I had to travel 3 hrs just to get to a good park with trails to hike. Now I just walk out my door.
