I will be hitting the trail the weekend of the 3rd so maybe this will help with my desire to get out there. May have to extend the trip longer than a week though lol.

I watched Season 1 last year and it was great. Very well filmed.

Fitz Cahill also has a podcast I subscribe to called The Dirtbag Diaries. Mostly caters to climbers but still good stuff.

I met a climber in Yosemite that was a parapalegic in 1980 that climbed El Cap in Yosemite using only his arms and hands, he had no use of his lower body. he had also designed a wheelchair that used a bicycle pedal mechanism infrom of him with a chain to drive the wheels.

he lost the use of his lower body in a climbing fall accident.
