Lost trip report

Last night I typed another trip report about a 7000 mile bicycle tour I did in 1983-84. But when I tried to post it, I got a page open from Internet Explorer saying it could be be posted in the format it was in. I tried to save it by emailing it to myself and saving it in favorites but neither worked. When I checked my email and opened it the trip report page was cleared and the same with when I opened it in favorites.
Does anyone know what might have caused it not to post?

Thats okay I re-posted it yesterday. I just worded it different. Its the one about my 7000 mile bicycle tour in 83-84.
