Where to get replacement internal backpack poles

I have a few year old EMS backpack and when I was coming home from Europe they made me take out the internal poles. They had become lost, and I wanted to avoid buying a new backpack for my short trip. Is there somewhere I can buy replacements or if the bag is to old can I buy them for a different bag and just cut and trim them to fit mine?
