I would call ID directly, number is on their website and ask to speak to Evan, or, if he is not there, to Keith. One of them will be able to give you the info. that you require.

Be advised that MOST ID patterns tend to fit small and going up a size, especially in your winter parka is a good idea as you can layer under it wihout compressing it's insulation or binding your arms. HTH.
