Hand/Foot Warmers ?

Leaving on a rafting trip in 2 weeks and looks to be COLD.I have the clothing- sleeping bag- tent etc. ( I hope)Is there a product that I can slip into my pockets- sleeping bag etc that will help keep me warm ? I have seen some- but never used any. Suggestions- reviews etc and where to purchase ? Any help greatly appreciated-Thanks
