Know anything about a Ladakh II backpack?
Gear Selection Forum
I picked up a "Our Planet" Ladakh II internal frame backpack at a yard sale for $3. I figured with a name like that it would be a good pack to give to my son's Boy Scout Troop. The only other marking on the pack is "Made in Germany" label inside. It is a about a 80-90 liter pack, weighs about 4-5 pounds, separate compartment for sleeping bag, aluminum internal frame, ripstop nylon fabric, non-removable waist belt. I am only asking if anyone knows anything about this pack because it fit and wears great. I carried 40 lbs of junk around work for a day to try it out and it carries better than my 90's Dana Design bag which cost me about a hundred times as much.
