MicroLite XP vs. Pertex Quantum bag materials?

MicroLite XP is supposedly a bit more durable material and water resistant than Pertex Quantum as a an outer shell in a sleeping bag. Assuming both materials are treated with a DWP. How much more moisture resistant would the Pertex Quantum be?

Under real world conditions such as heavy fog, cool humid night air would there be any real benefit of one fabric over the other?
