Do any of you buy a ready to go card with topog or aerial photos( which I prefer) ready to go chips? Where do you get them. Not very computer savy as far as downloading and transferring.

A lot of maps you can either download straight from Garmin, or have them ship you maps on a card or CD.
With the larger mapsets, you will need to use MapSource or BaseCamp to manage the maps uploaded to your device, as there generally is a limit to how much map data you can have on the GPS at once.
Whilst I'm sure people will try to help you here, there are sites and forums dedicated to GPSs, so if you unsure of the terminology, or how to manage your maps, or not getting the answers you need here, there may be better forums for you.
