Trail Runners for wide feet

I am looking for trail runners, or lite hikers for wide feet. I have a pair of new Balance street runners in 12 6E they fit good. But I was looking for some trail shoes, and seem to have a hard time finding what I want,especially in stores. I have tried ordering some online, but end up sending them back. I am starting to feel that shoe manufacturers are prejudiced against people with wide feet.

Montrail have some great shoes and I like them a lot - some come in wide feeting...I have the new Flow - I have wide feet and they feet just fine...It's look as they took off the web what shoes come with wide feet but I'm sure you can email/call them and they will be happy to help
