Why is it so hard to find just the rain fly for the Golite Shangri-la 1 ? I have searched many websites that list the tent but do not have the rainfly alone? Does anyone know a company that will sell just the fly. Even Golite does have any in stock.
I have the bugnet floor.

Gary, both Steep and Cheap and Sierra Trading Post had been selling the individual pieces shortly before you asked about one. I had even gone back and looked to see if they were still listed. STP has still been trying to sell the 6 person nest. It kind of makes me wonder if they have started to discontinue the Shangri-la or at least as individual pieces. You might try contacting STP and see what they can tell you.

I just order the rain sheet at Golite. They did have them in stock. I contacted them yesterday and they got back to me today about it. It is $200 for the rain sheet alone.

Just got my Shangri-la 1 tent today. Its a small looking bag and has eight 7 inch stakes. Weighs 1 lb 3 oz.
