Need Partner/Mentor For my first Mt. Rainier Climb!

I am a beginnining mountaineer. actually make that a total beginner. I am 17 and i have always been interested in climbing Mt. Rainier and mountains like it. I have a small amount of experience in rock climbing, and lots in hiking/backpacking.
