neeed good trail for yosemite trip

Hello, me and my wife are going on a 7 day trip in yosemite park and are looking for a good trail of moderate to strenuous hiking, we would like to see the main attractions but would also like to stay away from most of the crowds.... kinda redundant, but you understand.... there is so many beautiful trails here we were wondering if someone could help us find a good one.
