Mountaineering in Wyoming

I am looking for a partner for mountaineering and backpacking in central wyoming area. I am new to mountaineering but have been backpacking for years

I have looked everywhere and not much luck in finding someone to go with . thanks for the tips though. I will keep posting until i find like minded(crazy) people liike myself.

You might also consider the Wind River Range in WY. You might find some outfitters that can help or even take a course!

Thanks for all the help. I will just keep posting online till i find someone. How do you pick a good partner eg: same skill level, close locally, what matters most?

I probaly cant be too picky but it is good to know what to steer away from.
