We are 4 weekend warriors in descent shape and are looking for a 4
- 5 day scenic multi day backpacking trip (ideally a loop) either in the North
Cascades or Olympic National Park. Around 35-45 miles – alpine terrain - no
climbing but serious hiking. We did Glacier, Grand Tetons (Teton Crest Trail) and
Yosemite over the past 3 years so looking for something different.

We have been looking at Rainbow/mcAllister Loop or Cooper Ridge Chilliwack loops but would either appreciate feedback on those or any good suggestions are appreciated.

Cannot remember the trails i visited in the Olympic NP, but it was on the west side, very lush, Hobbit like old growth forests.  I would recommend going around Labor Day; it is the "driest" period of the year up there.

Around windy pass and black peak is nice and ought to be sunny and clear about now.
