Bill - Thanks - it is a really beautiful place. Nice trout stream runs through it as well (Mountain Creek). This past spring I observed a black bear sow and cub while down near the creek, I've seen many deer and a variety of birds there as well.

As for packing out trash - I've been doing that for years - it seems to be a somewhat contagious activity - people see you doing it and pretty soon you'll see them bending down and picking up candy wrappers and such.
