User Review: Alpina Triglav
Rating: ![]()
Materials: Leather
Use: Mountaineering
Break-in Period: about a month (or more)
Weight: 6 lbs
Price Paid: $230
These are really solid boots. I've treated them with SnoSeal before I discovered NikWax (preferred) and they are as dry as can be. Crampons attach very solid and they have a very stiff sole. A very minor complaint would be that the laces provided are a bit too big for the speed hooks, but that could easily be solved with new laces. An excellent pair of boots!
