User Review: Asolo 530
Rating: ![]()
Materials: Nubuck leather
Use: Hiking and light backpacking
Break-in Period: 10 minutes
Weight: 2lbs 10oz
Price Paid: $110
I've had these boots almost 3 years and they are by far my most comfortable pair. They have virtually no break-in period, and give good support with up to 40 lbs of load. They will stay dry for up to one day in the wild but after that it's wet feet. I am however disappointed in the tread. They wore quickly and never provided great traction. The insoles were also on the flimsy side. Overall they have proved a worthy purchase.
