Rating: rated 4.5 of 5 stars
Materials: gortex
Use: rough trail with heavy packs. weekend warrior 40 mile 2 day backpack trips
Break-in Period: one week
Price Paid: $199.99

Avid backpacker weekend warrior...these boots have been a great asset to me. I wore the heck out of them...4 year now and I just got down with a 35 mile hike thru Maryland Appalachian Trail and blew out the soles...I can send them to Asolo to reglue...but instead I will be buying another pair...perhaps two.

These boots have over 800 miles on them...no problems till now. They did not take long to break in and once I did they fit like a sneaker...Loved them...ordering my second pair once I am done with this review.
