User Review: Asolo Globaline Longitude GTX
Rating: ![]()
Materials: Leather, Gore-Tex
Use: Rough Trail
Break-in Period: 3 or 4 good hikes
Weight: About 4 lbs. (sometimes feel like 20)
Price Paid: About 2 bills
Great boots, the best I've had. Superb ankle support. (much needed after major foot injury) Heavy and somewhat bulky to begin with and it takes a while to get the "feel". After a few hikes it was like I was born in them. I have the luxury of a casual dress code at work so I wear them on and off trail. Money well spent. They should have chosen another name because the GTX are way beyond the standard longitude.
