The Jasper XCR has a higher ankle than most hiking shoes giving you more stability when walking on uneven terrain with a weighted pack. The propulsion technology is a midsole that has a thermoshaped EVA for maximum lightness and a centrally located TPU element that is located between the forefoot sole and heel providing excellent torsional rigidity.
