User Review: Backpacker's Pantry Organic Scrambled Eggs

O.K.  This is my second review of backpacker eggs. So, up front I am not a big fan of dry eggs. That being said these are not too bad! I think it is the best of the packaged product I have tasted. 

It has an almost chalky taste to them. We added hot water and had it sit for around 10 minutes, but the eggs were still very grainy and didn't have a great taste.

The directions indicated that we needed to add boiling water, let sit, and then fry on a frying pan. Don't  just added boiling water and let it sit.  Fry them....they taste much better.
