This is my first gore-tex jacket. I have it now for over a year and have tested it quite a lot. It kept me warm last winter in the north of Sweden with minus 15 degrees. It is very light so if you walk in your not really feeling the jacked. It's a bit short for alpine walking but will do good. Even after days of walking in the rain with a backpack on it still keeps me dry and it is still breathing.
