User Review: Beyond Fleece Cold Fusion Jacket

I can't believe it. I thought I had encountered a situation that surely no one else had experienced, but I see I was wrong. I could not believe how unhelpful and unconcerned the Beyond Fleece people became after they delivered my jacket (after they have your money).

I had some similar issues (to the other reviewer) with fit and features, and sent it back to them. I was amazed at how quickly it was returned to me, only to open it and find out it was returned to me the way I sent it to them. Nothing had been done, nothing had been fixed and there was no information as to why, or why not.

After getting the jacket I checked out the Schoeller-fabric.com website. The WB-400 fabric appears to have a membrane between the nylon and the fleece, however the information at the Beyond Fleece site says NO membrane. I am wondering if they (Beyond) really know what they are doing. I certainly know what they are not doing: customer service.
