Toddtex fabric really does eliminate condensation. And let's face it-- if you're going to wake up wet, why set up a damned tent in the first place. I have had good luck with Bibler tents. Strong, very light, very dry. Very fast setting up. Since they cost so much, you might consider splitting the purchase with a friend. Then just keep the tent for yourself, since you will grow to like it more than you like your friend.
