First of all the speed system (the double buckles allow you to tighten easily without having to double back the webbing afterwards) is great and can fit many different people. I've found it very comfortable wearing it in short top-roping climbs and long multi-pitch climbs where I'm wearing it as many as 4 or 5 hours. Although I don't ice climb, it's good to know if I ever venture into that discipline I don't need a separate harness. To top it off the gear loops can hold more than I'll ever need and keep it untangled.
