User Review: Brunton Atlas GPS

Brunton Atlas GPS
Above: The current Atlas GPS, which may differ slightly from the version reviewed.

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Price Paid: $79.99

What a deal. $79.99. If you have any experience at all with handheld GPS, this is a heck of a deal.

Mine, like the slow reviewer didn't come with instructions. That's why it was $80. Get online and download the manual for free from Brunton's website.

This is a very complete GPS receiver. I have used it in the wilderness in SW Colorado and it gets great reception around the big mountains and even in thick timber. My Garmin at work never got a signal in heavy timber.

I think you will be pleased with this. And if background maps are a must MapCreate 7 kits are out for $80. Way to go Brunton.
