First exposure to this type of hydration...use as supplement to mid to lrg water bottles. purchased because of price and curiosity...not disappointed.

It holds 28 oz., more than enough for a stepper workout in the gym and/or a "short" run. you can even put small ice cubes in there along w/water...great neon yellow color w/reflective 3M strips on front/back...small pockets however....can adjust sz of waist band @ both sides..it's kinda like a "Smart Car" vs. the full size ones...can maybe get a key in there..small pockets on side..no gel or energy bars tho..but for $20...it hugs the small of the back quite well.

Great as supplement to other sources of hydration. has full-sized opening for easy fillup. it's easy to use. nozzle /valve works very well. good for price. no complaints. does not "bob" when running with it either. I highly recommend, if you can still find it.

Price Paid: $20 CDN

Comfortable, but harder to clean than fuel belt bottles. Limits your ability to carry several fluids (like water and gatorade) at once. Easy to drink from, but tricky to fill. Two small pockets on the belt are perfect for a gel/etc., keys or a small cell phone. Some storage space in pocket with bladder, but the bladder does condensate, so don't put your phone back there.
