This is great quality backpack with plenty of room for day hikes (although I can fit all my camping gear inside of it, even with the hydration pack). I have went camping many times with it and I have not seen any snags. Its completely waterproof too. The exterior of the backpack is soft, velvety camo texture. I would definitely recommend this to anybody going on hikes. It's lightweight and has straps that buckle around the waist and at the chest.
