Summary

Horrible product. I do not recommend for outdoor setting where you might get winded.

The bottle construction is extremely tough and well built, however, the suction is horrible. When trying to suck water through the straw and mouth piece, you really have to work. Tried drinking while running and found that I had to suck so hard it left me light-headed. 

I do not recommend this product for exercise situations, but should work well when you are not winded like driving or casual stroll around the neighborhood. This is probably why I got on clearance at Dick's Sporting Goods.  I suspect this is why they sell a different cap for this product which does not include the straw and functions more like a normal water bottle (i.e. Nalgene).
