I have used this pack for several years, mostly treestand hunting in Pennsylvania, and it works great for that, a few snacks, and some extra layers of clothing. and all the essentials for an evening or morning hunt.

I just finished a week of elk hunting in Colorado, and this performed flawlessly. Large enough for a couple of extra layers of clothing, game bags, knife, lunch and 3-liters of water and still comfortable fully loaded. Yet all the straps tuck away and don't interfere with a bowstring.

Very well designed and comfortable.
