Version reviewed: 13' x 13'
Used 4 times, twice with VERY heavy rain, no leaks at all. "Bedrooms" are 5 x 8 w/windows and awnings, main room 8 x 8, w/2 doors. Fly works well, as do all zippers.
The only drawback is that the L-shape requires lots of stake pounding (24?, including the guys).
On the whole, highly recommended and reasonably priced.
