Columbia Bonanza Peak
The Bonanza Peak has been discontinued. If you're looking for something new, check out the best hiking boots for 2026.
I've hiked all over the White Mountains of New Hampshire this summer with these boots and they've held up well.
They provide a fair amount of support and are comfortable to wear on 10+ mile hikes.
The waterproofing was great at first but wore off during a hard rain after about two months. I also added an insole to provide more cushion for the balls of my feet, just a personal preferrence-- haven't had blisters since.
Not bad for the price.
Break-in Period: few days up and down hills near my home
Weight: not sure, feel pretty light
Price Paid: $89
